6 cups cubed seedless watermelon
3 ozs crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup fresh basil chiffonade
3 tablespoons fresh mint, minced
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
In a large bowl, gently toss together watermelon, feta, onion, basil, mint, lemon juice and salt.
